On the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic
As the novel coronavirus continues to spread throughout the world, too many vulnerable communities are without adequate healthcare as national health services are left overstretched. Two beneficiaries of the White Cross Ball are serving on the frontlines of this major humanitarian crisis.

Since early March, Bethleham has been in a state of emergency. The Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem is working to ensure that the hospital remains open to all, even as staff is reduced due to the pandemic. But the devastation to the local economy threatens the hospital's ability to remain open and provide vital maternal, neonatal, and mobile clinic services in the West Bank.
